Energy's complete Master Sets, both restores worn mounts and bushings as well as adds a dramatically higher degree of performance to any vehicle.
These Master Bushing Sets offer complete coverage front to back of the vehicle's chassis.
Energy's special formula HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane components, which is higher durometer (firmness) material and reengineered performance-minded components, assures long-lasting performance in all sets. Performance many O.E.M. bushings and mounts just can't offer.

Energy Suspension Motor Mounts Motor Mounts
A true performance application component for cars, trucks, hot rods and racing/competition vehicles–yet designed to be also used for street vehicles!
Soft-running enough to absorb vibrations for street use yet rugged for racing use.
When required- a torque resistant "safety interlock" design is used that is comparable in strength to those too hard-running metal mounts!
Replaces the original, short lived and typically too-soft rubber mounts and outdates those hard-running metal motor mounts.
The popular "Early" style mounts for General Motors® vehicles are available in either zinc or chrome metal finishes.
Made of HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane.
Resistant to under vehicle fluids such as: oils, coolants, road contaminants, etc.

General Motors-
The ever popular "Early Style" patented interlocking motor mounts (two sizes) for General Motors ® muscle cars and hot rods are available in two metal finishes/plating: Zinc or Chrome plating.
The "Clam Shell Style" installation procedure involves that the metal clam shell is separated, the new Energy Suspension polyurethane mount is placed between and the metal clam is reused. This procedure saves you money and gives both lasting performance and durability!

Transmission Mounts
Energy's replacement transmission mounts are the best of both worlds!- Soft enough for street use, yet strong enough for racing or off-road use. The mounts for General Motors® and Ford® vehicles have a unique and patented metal safety locking feature– to effectively control torque! The interlocking feature of the mount gives added confidence against drive train and chassis/frame damage. This feature delivers the extra strength to resist problematic torque forces.

Unfortunately, General Motors® still is using a rubber version of this mount without a safety locking feature (the same type since 1956)! We believe all Energy Suspension mounts are superior to original factory types. Depending on the vehicle, the Energy's mounts can be used on both automatic transmissions and manual three, four, and five speeds.

Energy's special formula HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane material that is used assures long-lasting performance, unlike many O.E.M. rubber components.

The General Motors® style transmission mounts are available in either zinc or chrome metal plating.

Note: Bushing are usually available in red or black. For product color add R for red or G for black after each part number.

Energy Suspension Body Mounts Body Mounts
They replace distorted and worn-out original rubber mounts to maintain car body and truck cab to bed alignment.

Original rubber mounts are so soft they often crack, distort, and crush so badly they often fall off! And aluminum body mounts are too harsh for street use that they tend to break and cause other components to break!
Energy's specially formulated HYPER-FLEX™ polyurethane cab and body mounts combine the best qualities of both: they're soft enough for a smooth ride, yet rugged enough for the most demanding road or track.

Most sets have a strong zinc plated steel ring molded into them–for added durability and when the application requires it.
Energy Suspension Bump Stops Bump Stops
Energy Suspension ® performance bump stops help cushion a collapsing suspension, preventing bottoming-out performance polyurethane bump stops for control arms, traction bars, leaf springs, etc. are guaranteed to last longer and operate more efficiently than original rubber stops.

The smaller, general purpose bullet shaped snubber is ideal for control arms. The low profile button head is for use when clearance is limited. Our large competition race style bump stops smooth out compression better and have a large reinforced metal plate welded to the mounting plate and molded-in. Each style is specially designed for a perfect and custom fit and each style has it's own durometer (hardness) characteristics.

*They can also be used for hood stops, trunk stops or wherever metal to metal contact must be cushioned to control operation and prevent damage.

Right out of the box, Energy Suspension ® bump stops are used in otherwise rubber parts-destroying monster truck racing, where suspension forces are at their highest!
Energy Suspension Control Arm Bushing For Front & Rear Control Arm Bushings For Front & Rear
On the front of vehicles–they make a dramatic improvement in the way they handle, with quicker steering response and greater vehicle control. Whatever your demands, proper alignment (caster and camber) is better maintained by the use of the correct performance durometer of the bushing's material formulation.

On the rear, these control arm bushings are a must for controlling wheel hop and increasing cornering control for competition uses as well as maintaining alignment on and off-road.

All of Energy's control arm bushings are full-floating and non-binding... especially important when ride height is altered or greater suspension load is required. Most are pre-lubricated. This is especially important for both lowered and raised vehicles that have had drastic suspension geometry modifications. Energy's HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane control arm bushings do not rot or deteriorate from oils or atmospheric conditions such as ozone, smog, road salt, chemicals, and other corrosives. They will not deteriorate in a few short years and cause that mushy, uncertain steering response- like rubber O.E.M. ones often do. Most sets come with zinc plated outer metal shells.
Energy Suspension Leaf Spring Bushings Leaf Spring Bushings
The original factory auto manufacturers are slowly coming around... polyurethane is finally being used for leaf spring bushings.
For high-performance applications, the combination of heavy duty or performance leaf springs and HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane spring bushings deliver the maximum benefit. For lighter-duty leaf springs they add a higher degree of performance and durability. In either situation, you'll immediately feel the difference in positive handling and control!
Many sets come complete with heavy-duty metal sleeves to add to the durability of the set. When applicable, many sets contain Energy's own pre-lube lubricant–for smooth operation of the bushings.

With the increased use of higher traction and performance tires on today's vehicles, soft original factory rubber bushings can very often cause the steering axis slant (caster alignment) to excessively and adversely change. This unwanted alignment movement also leads to premature failure of the lower control arm bushings and even excessive tire wear.

During hard "standing start" accelerations, Energy's strut rod bushings help control unwanted steering axis changes, diminishing wheel hop and reducing traction loss. While accomplishing all of this they still allow the suspension to smoothly travel throughout its full operating range, without binding. This is true for either front and rear wheel drive vehicles.

When braking hard, Energy's HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane strut rod bushings help keep the front wheels and lower control arm assembly from literally rolling under the vehicle! Additionally, the exclusive formula HYPER-FLEX™ polyurethane material assures long lasting performance, unlike many O.E.M. rubber bushings.
Energy Suspension Sway Bar Bushings Sway Bar Frame Bushings, Sway Bar End Links and Bushings
Improved handling, low cost, and easy installation are just some of the reasons these components are so popular! Dollar-for-dollar, Energy Suspension's sway bar bushings and end links offer the greatest improvement in performance handling on: cars, trucks and sport utility vehicles.

Working with Energy's HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane Sway Bar End Links (for the vehicle control arms, etc.), our HYPER-FLEX™ Sway Bar Bushings (for the vehicle frame) makes the sway bar system much more effective. It does this by the use of increased durometers of the polyurethane bushing components. In effect, it's similar to installing a higher performance, heavier duty sway bar system, but at a fraction of the cost!

Energy's Sway Bar Bushings are available either as Standard or Greaseable Types. Sets come complete with corrosion resistant zinc and gold irradiate-plated strong 3/8" grade 5 bolts, nylon insertlock nuts (to prevent loosening), heavy gauge washers, and mounting brackets.

Additionally, Energy's special formula HYPER-FLEX™ polyurethane material assures long-lasting performance, unlike many O.E.M. rubber components.

These components are very critical to handling of a vehicle. By this very fact, one should definitely consider these components for a great performance upgrade for no matter what you drive!

At last it is possible to replace a damaged tie rod dust boot without having the expense of buying an entire new tie rod! (Typically when tie rods are worn, an entirely new tie rod end is need and the additional expense of a suspension alignment is required.)
These exclusively engineered Energy Suspension ® boots resist damage from rocks, sand, water, road salt, and oils better than many other O.E.M. rubber boots.
All boots have a 5 Point Sealing Action, which not only prevents loss of tie rod lubricant but also inhibits contamination (the major cause of rod wear)!

Finally, someone has made a replacement ball joint dust boot! No more expense/cost worries when the boot wears-out or is damaged either from installation or from day to day use.
They resist damage from rocks, road salt, sand and water better than many rubber boots.
