H&R Cup Kits
Since a well engineered suspension system centers around correctly engineered springs and shock absorbers, Livermore Performance offers H&R's Cup Kits to take the guess work out of suspension tuning. Consisting of application specific spring and shock combinations, these kits represent a greater commitment to radical looks and improved handling, but still remain faithful to H&R's street engineered design philosophy.
H&R Sport Cup Kits:
Featuring lowering of more than 2.0", H&R Sport Cup Kits are the ideal solution for those that want a street-engineered performance suspension with super-low looks.
H&R Touring Cup Kits:
H&R designed the Touring Cup Kit line for enthusiasts that want less lowering while retaining the same high level of performance offered by the standard Cup Kit. On average the Touring Cup Kits lower the vehicle ride height about 1.5". Compared to the Sport Cup Kit, these provide slightly more comfort and less lowering. |

Notes:
8) M-B cars ride height may vary due to vehicle options and M-B factory ride height adjustment shims. This original M-B part is a rubber shim perch, which is located on the top of the spring. These shims vary in thickness from 8 to 23mm.
12) Lowering will vary on vehicles with factory sport suspensions such as BMW M-Technik, Mercedes-Benz Sport-Line suspensions, Audi-Sport suspension, etc...
13) Wheel offset critical' Spacers may be required when the standard wheel / tire combination is used.
22) Lowering varies by engine size and model.
26) When lowering the chassis more the 1.4" you must use H&R special front sway bar number 900.525.01 to accommodate drive shaft clearance.
35) On Volkswagen T4 and Mercedes-Benz M-Class you must adjust the front torsion bars for lowering.
39) There is a mid year change in the size of the top of the front springs. Please check to see which tops are on your car. Open the hood and look at the top of the struts. If the struts have a black plastic cap this should indicate that you have the large spring top, use part number 54764. If there is a round metal top with rubber around it an d no plastic cap you should have the smaller spring end, use part number 54748.
