OE Sport

Sport Spring
The most popular spring in H&R's line-up, Sport Springs will lower your vehicle an average of 1.5 - 2 inches (depending upon the make and model of your vehicle) for a lower center of gravity, improved handling and a more aggressive appearance. Sport springs feature more control than that of the OE Sport spring, but is still comfortable for daily use. Sport springs are an excellent choice for street and occasional track use. |

Notes:
4) BMW 7 series part # 29547; you must measure outside spring diameters of the front and rear springs before you order. Front springs are either 174mm, 180mm, or 190mm. Rear spring diameters are 1124mm, or 125mm.
6) Height adjustable only at front axle.
12) Lowering will vary on vehicles with factory sport suspensions such as BMW M-Technik, Mercedes-Benz Sport-Line suspensions, Audi-Sport suspension, etc...
22) Lowering varies by engine size and model.
26) When lowering the chassis more the 1.4" you must use H&R special front sway bar number 900.525.01 to accommodate drive shaft clearance.
35) On Volkswagen T4 and Mercedes-Benz M-Class you must adjust the front torsion bars for lowering.
39) There is a mid year change in the size of the top of the front springs. Please check to see which tops are on your car. Open the hood and look at the top of the struts. If the struts have a black plastic cap this should indicate that you have the large spring top, use part number 54764. If there is a round metal top with rubber around it an d no plastic cap you should have the smaller spring end, use part number 54748.
40) Performance aftermarket shocks or struts is highly recommended for this application.
