MM Swaybar: Improve front grip with this new MM Front Swaybar. Through MM's extensive on-track testing MM found that the greatly increased wheel rates afforded by a conversion to coil-overs reduces body roll to the point that the stock front swaybar is too stiff, and the balance of the car shifts to understeer. A reduction in the front swaybar rate will increase front-end grip, improving the handling balance of the car. The higher the front coil-over spring rates, the more noticeable the improvement in front grip with the softer MM Front Swaybar.
MM developed the MM Front Swaybar on our American Iron race car. It is considerably softer than the stock 5.0 Mustang swaybar, and works great with the MM Adjustable Rear Swaybars and coil-overs.

Lightweight tubular design. Powder coated black. Mounts in the same manner as a stock swaybar. Requires 1-1/8" swaybar pivot bushings. High performance end links are recommended.

Maximum Motorsports End Links Urethane Front Anti-Roll bar End Link Sets
* Replace the original weak front swaybar end links, which are prone to bending and breaking, with these end links made with 3/8" diameter, grade 8 bolts. Each end link set includes new washers and urethane bushings-everything needed to connect the front swaybar to the control arm.

* The loads between the control arm and the swaybar pass through the end link, pushing and pulling on it. To reduce bending loads on the end link, the loads must be acting along the length of the end link. The further away from vertical the end link is, the greater the bending loads on it. When lowering a car, the swaybar rotates, pointing the ends of the swaybar arms upwards, and tilting the end links away from vertical. Moderate lowering does not tilt the end link enough to cause a significant problem, but dramatic lowering does. Installing a shorter end link rotates the swaybar so that the swaybar arms no longer point upwards.

* Shorter end links should also be used with the MM K-member because the raised control arm pivots of the MM K-member reduce the distance between the swaybar and the control arm. A stock length end link will rotate the swaybar and point the ends of the swaybar arms upwards, increasing the bending load on the end link.

MM Front Swaybar Bracket Reinforcements
The front swaybar is attached to a bracket which is spot-welded to the chassis on 1993 and earlier Mustangs. The stress of competition use often breaks these spot-welds. MM has developed this kit to reinforce the factory swaybar mount and prevent it from tearing off of the chassis. Welding is required for installation.

MM designed these kits to move the front swaybar mounts forward on the chassis. This may be of help when setting up a car with an aftermarket K-Member, or front control arms which move the front wheels forward. When the control arms move forward, clearance problems may arise with the front swaybar. The ends of the swaybar might hit the front struts or the end links may not be vertical. When ordering a relocation kit you must also order a set of Universal Swaybar Brackets with urethane bushings. The stock swaybar brackets and bushings will not fit the relocation bracket. On a 1979-93 Mustang, it is strongly recommended that you also purchase a Front Swaybar Bracket Reinforcement Kit with this kit.

Maximum Motorsports IRS Sway Bar Endk Link Set IRS Sway Bar End Link Set, 1999-04 Cobra
Replace the breakage-prone stock end links with MM's new Adjustable Swaybar End links. These not only replace the weak stock end links with a much stronger assembly, they also allow adjusting the length of each endlink to eliminate swaybar preload. Swaybar preload occurs when one of the end links is not the correct length for that particular installation. The incorrect length causes the swaybar to twist, resulting in altered corner weights and asymmetrical handling.

An aluminum sleeve connects two Teflon-lined spherical rod ends that have left and right-hand metric threads. Directly replaces the stock end links, including hardware.
