H&R Trak+® Wheel Spacers
If you've ever seen a sleek, European sedan with that oh-so-low street stance and a bulging wheel/ tire combo that just barely tucked under the wheel wells, chances are that car was fitted with H&R TRAK+ wheel spacers. TRAK+ wheel spacers move the wheel out from the hub, effectively widening the stance of the vehicle and lowering its roll center. This simple modification increases lateral stability, which in turn provides improved handling, greater safety and of course, the sleek style you've been looking for.

TRAK+ wheel spacers are made from a proprietary aluminum/magnesium alloy which is not only incredibly strong, but also very light weight (up to 70% lighter than a comparable steel product). TRAK+ wheel spacers are then hard anodized to ensure a tough, durable finish that is resistant to chipping, scratching and oxidation. Hub centric for the highest level of accuracy, TRAK+ wheel spacers are 100% made in Germany under ISO 9001 Quality Assurance standards, and meet the rigid safety criteria of the German TÜV.

H&R Note: All DR Systems require longer wheel bolts. Please use the diagram on the left to determine if your stock wheel bolts are Taper or Ball style and measure the length "A". H&R Note: All DRS kits come complete with all necessary wheel bolts, studs and nuts. These will be used in connection with the existing parts fitted to the vehicle. DR SERIES
10 - 40 mm track widening
This spacer is fitted between the wheel and hub, using longer wheel bolts (ordered separately). Please check type of bolt head (taper or round and diameter) and shaft length before ordering.
DRS SERIES
10 - 40 mm track widening
This spacer is fitted between the wheel and hub, exchanging the existing wheel studs for longer ones. The wheels are then fitted to the hub/spacer with the existing wheel nuts.
DRM SERIES
40 - 90 mm track widening
This spacer is fitted to the hub with special nuts and it carries new wheel studs for the existing wheel nuts.
The outside diameter of the tire sidewall is usually the widest point of your tire and wheel combination. Place a straight edge flush with the face of the tire, and using a ruler measure from the straight edge to the inside lip of the fender as shown in the diagram.

Notes:
3) All DR-Systems require longer wheel bolts. These must be ordered separately. When ordering wheel bolts, please follow these guidelines:
-----a) If possible, name the brand of wheel.
-----b) New bolts must be longer than the original bolts by the width of the wheel spacer used.
-----c) The bolt head must be identical to the existing bolt:
----------Taper 60° End digit 01
----------Round head for M14/d28 mm End digit 02
----------Flat head for Porsche original wheels M14 x 1.5 End digit 06
-----d) Safety guidelines
----------(Number of turns for wheel bolts):
----------M14 x 1.50 = 7.5 turns = approx. 12 mm of load bearing shaft length
-----e) Please ensure that the wheel bolts do not damage any part of the brake system (ABS sensors, etc.). Turn the wheel by hand and check clearance on the inside of the hub. The wheel should rotate freely. (Maximum tolerance for some vehicles is only 2 mm (i.e. Rear Axle Mercedes).
7) The original cone washers on the bolts must be transferred to the new, longer wheel bolts.
8) If the depth of the wheel spacer is smaller than the length of the standard studs, the wheels used must allow for small cavities in the mounting pad of the wheel. If using wheels without cavities, the standard studs should be shortened so that they do not extend beyond the height of the spacer.
