H&R Wheel Spacers H&R Trak+® Wheel Spacers
Wider is better. Whether you are interested in fine-tuning your suspension, increasing safety, enhancing performance and handling or making a statement about your individual style. H&R TRAK+® wheel spacers do the job. Why is wider better? Trak+® wheel spacers widen the stance of your vehicle, hence providing a lower roll center. This increases the safety, performance and handling of your vehicle through turns. How? These lightweight wonders move your wheel out from the hub to fill the gap between the wheel and fender. Filling the gap also provides your vehicle with a more aggressive stance and sleek style.
If you've ever seen a sleek, European sedan with that oh-so-low street stance and a bulging wheel/ tire combo that just barely tucked under the wheel wells, chances are that car was fitted with H&R TRAK+ wheel spacers. TRAK+ wheel spacers move the wheel out from the hub, effectively widening the stance of the vehicle and lowering its roll center. This simple modification increases lateral stability, which in turn provides improved handling, greater safety and of course, the sleek style you've been looking for.

TRAK+ wheel spacers are made from a proprietary aluminum/magnesium alloy which is not only incredibly strong, but also very light weight (up to 70% lighter than a comparable steel product). TRAK+ wheel spacers are then hard anodized to ensure a tough, durable finish that is resistant to chipping, scratching and oxidation. Hub centric for the highest level of accuracy, TRAK+ wheel spacers are 100% made in Germany under ISO 9001 Quality Assurance standards, and meet the rigid safety criteria of the German TÜV.

H&R DR SERIES, All DR Systems require longer wheel bolts. Please use the diagram below to determine if your stock wheel bolts are Taper or Ball style and measure the length "A". H&R DRS SERIES, All DRA, DRM and DRS kits come complete with all necessary wheel bolts, studs and nuts. These will be used in connection with the existing parts fitted to the vehicle. DR SERIES
10 - 40 mm track widening
This spacer is fitted between the wheel and hub, using longer wheel bolts (ordered separately). Please check type of bolt head (taper or round and diameter) and shaft length before ordering.		 DRS SERIES

This spacer is fitted between the wheel and hub, exchanging the existing wheel studs for longer ones. The wheels are then fitted to the hub/spacer with the existing wheel nuts.		 DRA SERIES
40 - 60 mm track widening
This spacer is fitted to the hub with special wheel bolts and has new threaded holes for existing wheel bolts.		 DRM SERIES
40 - 90 mm track widening
This spacer is fitted to the hub with special nuts and it carries new wheel studs for the existing wheel nuts.

H&R Check Your Gap
Note: All DR Systems require longer wheel bolts. Please use the diagram below to determine if your stock wheel bolts are Taper or Ball style and measure the length "A".
H&R Measure Gap
The outside diameter of the tire sidewall is usually the widest point of your tire and wheel combination. Place a straight edge flush with the face of the tire, and using a ruler measure from the straight edge to the inside lip of the fender as shown in the diagram.
Notes: 15mm is usually the "thinnest" spacer that allows a "centric hub" to be built into the spacer. To verify that your wheels will still contact the OEM centric hub, measure the OEM centric hub, subtract the thickness of the spacer, and subtract the depth of the beveled area on your wheel. If you get a negative number, your wheels will only be held in place by the wheel bolts, or wheel studs and some vibration may be noticed.
Example 1: 15mm OEM centric hub - 10mm spacer - 5mm bevel= 0mm of area for the wheel to contact the OEM hub.
Example 2: 15mm OEM centric hub- 5mm spacer - 3mm bevel = 7mm of contact area between the wheel and the OEM hub.
H&R Trak+® Wheel Adapters
Have you ever seen 'to-die-for' wheels on another car, but not been able to get a set for your car? Now you can with H&R TRAK+ Wheel Adapters. Available in thicknesses ranging from 20mm to 25mm, H&R TRAK+ Wheel Adapters change a vehicles bolt pattern so that wheels from a different vehicle make or model may be fitted. Popular applications include fitment of Porsche wheels to Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Mercedes, and Volkswagen.

Wheel Spacers are not returnable once the order is placed, so make sure you measure carefully.

Notes:
3) All DRSystems require longer wheel bolts. These must be purchased separately.
4) For these applications, because of differences in axle cap lengths on the front axle, H&R wheel spacers can only be used if the center contour is machined out. Because the centering stub can become thin walled, H&R does not produce this contour. H&R systems are usable beginning at 40mm.
7) The original cone washers on the bolts must be transferred to the new, longer wheel bolts.
8) If the depth of the wheel spacer is smaller than the length of the standard studs, the wheels used must allow for small cavities in the mounting pad of the wheel. If using wheels without cavities, the standard studs should be shortened so that they do not extend beyond the height of the spacer.
9) For vehicles from Audi type '89, B4 and C4/S4 with a disc brake at axle to the centering stud might be too long for the 30ER System. In that case, type '89 +B4 Part No. 40234572 (4-hole) and for C4/S6 Part No. 4055571 (5-hole) must be used.
Technical Requirement: Inside Wheel Bevel = 7.0 x 45°Maximum Height of Centering Hub: Audi 4-hole P/N 162345712 = 14.0 mm, P/N 202345712 = 15.5 mm, P/N 24234571and Inside wheel bevel = . Audi 5-hole P/N 162555716 = 14.0 mm, P/N 202555712 = 15.5 mm, P/N 24255571 = 18.0 mm and Inside wheel bevel = 7.0 x 45°
Technical Requirement for Maximum Height of Centering Hub: Alfa Romeo P/N 20135580 = 10.5 mm & P/N 24135580 = 11.0 mm.
10) On some models, the centering hubs are longer than 15 mm and must be shortened to a length of 15 mm maximum when using the 30 mm wheel spacer system. You may also use a thicker wheel spacer, such as the 40 mm wheel spacer system.
11) The holding clamp/bolt in the brake disc/drum must be removed if the H&Rspacer shows no relief. The spacer must always fit flush with the hub.
12) These vehicles have different shoulder diameters in the studs depending on model and axle. The DRS installation information must be clearly followed.
18) 16mm, 20mm & 24mm spacers are available with a wheel centering hub. Please call for custom ordering of these spacers.
19) Additional Parts are necessary for vehicles before June 1992.
24) If the hub face of your vehicle is 150mm (most vehicles have 135mm hub face), alternative spacers are available. Please see list below.
