Non-Swivel Hose Ends
XRP Performance Hose Ends are designed with the aviation nipple and cutter design, to prevent blow off and leakage problems that can be encountered by other styles of hose ends when assembled with stainless steel braided hose. To many top race teams, no other style is acceptable. XRP Performance Hose Ends are manufactured from specially heat treated 2024-T851 aluminum per QQA-225/6 and 6061-T651 aluminum per QQA-225/8 as specified for these hose fittings. Manufactured in XRP's own facility and subjected to the strictest quality controls at various phases of their production, every XRP Performance Hose End is race-ready when it reaches the customer. All hose ends are aluminum unless otherwise noted.
All hose ends are JIC 37°.
Hose assemblies consisting of two angled non-swivel hose ends must be orientated to the correct angular position during hose assembly. Double swivel hose ends allow for angular orientation after hose assembly.

Stainless Steel Braided CPE Hose: Used by top race teams everywhere, the stainless steel braid provides durability and heat resistance. The scientific elastomer, chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), used in the inner liner provides the finest fluid transfer system available with a temperature range from -40° F to +300° F. You may purchase the hose bulk in any length or in packaged pre-cut lengths.

Hose Insulation XRP offers several products to protect engine hoses and wires in high temperature applications. The descriptions below will help you chose the best product for your needs. All products are sold bye the foot. Be sure to specify length when ordering.
	Fyre Jacket is a smooth silver silicone-coated glass sleeving, engineered to withstand continuous temperatures to 500°F. Fyre Jacket can provide short term direct flame protection and is expandable for easy installation over completed hose assemblies. XRP has sized this product to provide a tight fit on braided stainless steel CPE hose.
	Fyre Foil II is a very lightweight fiberglass sleeving laminated with a mylarized aluminum surface that provides radiant heat protection to 800°F. The mylar surface resists abrasion and brake fluid. Fyre Foil II is NOT expandable and should be slipped over the hose BEFORE assembly.
	Fyre Foil Lite Sleeving is an ultra-lightweight fiberglass laminated sleeve with a mylarized aluminum surface for radiant heat protection to 800°F, Fyre Foil Lite has an internal seam for a smooth exterior with no visible stitching. Abrasion resistant. Repels brake fluid. Fyre Foil Lite is NOT expandable and should be slipped over the hose BEFORE assembly.
